Relaxation is a fundamental aspect of wellbeing and inner freedom. In an ideal world, we have enough time and space for relaxation and know what helps us to relax well. This is not always the case. Sometimes we have too much going on and forget. And sometimes, our usual ways of 'switching off' don't quite do the trick – our bodymind seems stuck in 'stress mode'!

We can learn and re-learn how to relax. In addition to significant lifestyle changes and long holidays, there are relaxation methods that can support ease and replenishment by gently 'switching off' bodymind stress. Relaxation Pathways offers courses to find out about a range of relaxation exercises and pursue specific relaxation trainings.
