individual sessions

may be appropriate if you

  • cannot participate in small group settings

  • benefit from personalised therapy or training

  • want to explore more individualised or intermediate exercises in autogenics or yoga nidra

Relaxation training will usually require around 8-10 weekly sessions.
Relaxation therapy may require more sessions, and/or more space between sessions.
Intermediate training for experienced practitioners and meditators is offered one session at a time.

The fee per 60-minute session is £50; and £70 for a 90-minute session.
